Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep Dive into Requirements: Master the art of gathering detailed requirements. Ask the questions no one else is asking to unearth innovative solutions and understand underlying needs.
  • Active Listening & Learning: Embrace a continuous learning mindset. Listen intently to our skilled team, partners, and customers to ensure our product resonates with their needs.
  • Product Vision: Formulate a compelling vision based on our ethos and the insights you gather. Stay updated with market trends and guarantee our product’s competitive edge.
  • System Insights: Dive deep into the nuances of rehabilitation facilities. Prior experience in similar environments will be an added advantage.
  • Harnessing Data: Collaborate tightly with our Data Science team. Utilize machine learning insights to refine and reimagine user experiences.
  • Champion Agile: Lead with Agile methodologies, ensuring our product evolves with precision, responsiveness, and innovation.

What You Bring:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management.
  • An innate ability to gather comprehensive requirements and ask probing questions.
  • A thirst for learning and a knack for attentive listening.
  • Demonstrated success in guiding software products, with a preference for enterprise-level experience.
  • Agile prowess, facilitating a nimble, yet focused development approach.
  • Strong communication skills, bridging tech and non-tech landscapes seamlessly.
