SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES

Account Enrollment

To access the Services, you must first enroll to establish an individual user or organization account (“Account”), by providing certain information. You agree that you will not create more than one Account, or create an Account for anyone other than yourself without first receiving permission from the other person or organization.

Fulfillment:

Account details will be sent to a subscriber within 2 business days time frame from the payment processing date.

 

Subscriptions

Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, Purchase agreement, Subscription page, or Documentation, (a) Purchased Services and access to Content are purchased as subscriptions for the term stated in the applicable Order Form or in the applicable online purchasing
portal. (b) subscriptions for Purchased Services may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying
subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added.

Termination

Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, Purchase agreement, Subscription page, or Documentation, (a) Termination of a subscription will be effective Upon request by Customer made within 30 days after the initial 90 days period.
